2 Skinless Boneless salmon fillets
150g broccoli
100g Frozen peas
4 medium size sweet potato
50g butter
50g plain flour
500ml Semi skimmed milk
25g cheddar cheese
Spray oil

1, Preheat oven to 200 (180fan, gas mark 6)

2, Peel the sweet potato and slice 1cm thick. But them in a pan to boil for around 5-10 mins. Don't let them get too soft as they will fall apart

3, Chop the salmon into chunks and spread then evenly in the oven dish

4, Add the broccoli and peas. You could also add some sweetcorn if you wanted to.

5, now to make the white/cheese sauce. Add the butter in a sauce pan and a little flour and mix until its a paste. Slowly add the milk and the rest of the flour. I use a whisk for this and stir constantly. Now slowly add the rest of the milk and let that simmer for 2 mins. Add the cheese wait for this to melt. make sure its not too runny and it has a little thickness effect.

6, Add the cheese sauce evenly over the salmon and vegetables

7, Now add the sliced potato over the top and spray with the oil. Pop this in the oven for
