Pancake Day Recipe
This recipe is so quick and easy and a great alternative for a healthy pancake for Pancake Day.
All you will need for this recipe is
All you need to do it mash the banana in a bowl and then mix in the egg.
Add the coconut oil to the frying pan to heat up.
Pour some of the mixture into the frying pan just enough for a mini size pancake.
Keep on medium heat and cook 2 minutes each side.
You can add some toppings or sides to these. I had strawberries with mine and they were so delicious.
I would give this recipe a 9/10 and would definitely recommend it for this Pancake Day which is Tuesday 28th February.
